Britt's Tortilla Soup!
(Makes about 12 servings)
Ingredients:
2 cans Rotel (I do one hot, one mild)
½ bag frozen corn
1.5 boxes of chicken broth
1 rotisserie chicken
2 cans of black beans
2 cup Rice (8 servings)
2 cups Tortilla Chips, crushed
3 Avocados, sliced

Whatever kind of cheese you like (I do "fiesta blend")

Sour cream, optional

Directions:
Make rice and corn separately. Once they are done, add all ingredients together and bring soup to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with sliced Avocados, crushed tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream (I don't do sour cream....but most people do)!
