Tilapia

On the Radio: Parlor Hawk, "Short Road"

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 teaspoons blackened seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tilapia fillets

Cook over medium-high heat,
add olive oil to both sides of fish,
sprinkle blackened seasoning & salt over both sides,
Squeeze lemon over all.
Cook 10-15 minutes--until crispy on edges.
